A quality complaint?
If you notice a defect or quality issue, contact us as soon as possible and attach one or more photos to your email. These images allow us to assess the situation immediately and offer you a suitable solution as quickly as possible.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the European consumer protection regulations currently in force (updated as of June 19, 2026), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, allowing you to cancel your purchase without giving any reason.
Important: the right of withdrawal only takes effect once your package is officially considered delivered, meaning when your shipment tracking shows the status “Delivered” (“Delivered”). While your package is still in transit, the right of withdrawal cannot yet be exercised.
To exercise this right, you only need to notify us by email at info@modalucia.com, stating your order number.
