Have you changed your mind or made a mistake when placing your order? No problem. Here we explain how to cancel or modify your order quickly and easily.

Time limit for cancelling or modifying: 24 hours

You can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, your order enters preparation and we can no longer guarantee cancellation or modification, as we process orders as quickly as possible so that you receive your purchase as soon as possible.

How do I cancel my order?

1. Write to us as soon as possible at info@modalucia.com including your order number and the subject line "Cancellation".
2. Our team will confirm the cancellation by email.
3. If payment has already been made, you will receive a full refund through the same payment method you used. The refund is processed within a maximum of 14 days, although it is usually much faster.

How do I modify my order?

Do you want to change the size, color, or delivery address? Contact us within 24 hours of your purchase through info@modalucia.com, including your order number and the changes you wish to make. We will do our best to apply them before your order is shipped.

Tip: always check your delivery address before completing your purchase. An incorrect address may cause delays or the shipment to be lost.

What if 24 hours have already passed?

If your order has already been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. But don’t worry: once you receive your order, you can return it within our 30-day return period. See our Refund Policy for more information.

As a consumer in the European Union, you also always retain your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal after receiving the product.
