At Moda Lucia, we want you to receive your order quickly, safely, and without surprises. Here you will find all the information about our shipping.

Free shipping on all orders

All orders qualify for free shipping, with no minimum purchase amount. The price you see at checkout is the final price: no shipping costs, duties, or additional charges upon delivery.

Which countries do we ship to?

We currently ship to the following countries:

Delivery times

Orders placed before 22:00 (CET) enter preparation on the same business day. Orders placed after that time, or during weekends or public holidays, are processed on the next business day.

The stated timeframes apply to all destination countries and are calculated in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Taxes and customs included (DDP)

All our shipments are sent under the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms: taxes, duties, and any potential customs fees are already included in the price of your order. You will never have to pay additional costs upon delivery.

Track your order

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can check the status of your shipment at any time on our Order Tracking page.

Please note that the tracking number may take between 24 and 72 hours to become active after shipment.

Partial deliveries

For orders with multiple items, shipping may be made in partial deliveries at no additional cost. You will receive a tracking number for each shipment.

Is your order delayed?

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, email us at info@modalucia.com and we will review it immediately. In most cases, it is a minor delay by the carrier, but we are always here to help.

Has your order arrived damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of delivery, attaching photos of the product and packaging. We will take care of the complete solution at no cost to you. You can find more information in our Refund Policy.

Incorrect delivery address?

Always check your address before completing your purchase. Have you spotted an error? Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order via info@modalucia.com, and we will do our best to correct it before shipment. Also see our Cancellations page.
